Products displayed on Styles Zones are subject to availability. The inclusion of a product on the website does not guarantee that the product will remain available at the time an order is processed.

Pricing, Currency & Taxes

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed by Styles Zones are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

Applicable shipping charges, sales taxes, or other charges collected directly by Styles Zones will be disclosed during checkout where applicable.

If your payment method, financial institution, card issuer, or other payment provider performs currency conversion, you may be charged exchange-rate differences, foreign transaction fees, or other third-party fees. Such charges are determined by the relevant provider and are not controlled by Styles Zones.

We may correct pricing errors before fulfillment. If an order is affected by a material pricing error, we may contact you for further instructions or cancel and refund the affected order where appropriate.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through Shopify and/or independent third-party payment providers made available during checkout. Payment processing is subject to the applicable provider's own security systems, terms, and policies.

You agree to provide valid, current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information when placing an order.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may remain subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory verification, or other standard processing procedures before fulfillment.

Orders & Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, inventory errors, pricing errors, duplicate orders, suspected resale abuse, policy violations, or other legitimate business or legal concerns.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to normal banking and payment-provider processing times.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submitting payment, including product selection, size, quantity, billing details, email address, and shipping address.

Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting Styles Zones at StylesZones@outlook.com before the order has been fulfilled.

If cancellation is no longer possible, the customer may be required to follow the applicable return procedure after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Styles Zones serves customers internationally, with the United States representing our primary market. Available shipping destinations and shipping methods may vary depending on the destination, product, carrier, and other operational factors.

Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes and may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, weather, peak shipping periods, incorrect address information, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligibility for returns, exchanges, or refunds is governed by the Styles Zones Return & Refund Policy in effect at the time of the relevant purchase.

Customers should contact us and follow the applicable return instructions before sending merchandise back. Merchandise sent to an address without authorization or outside the applicable return procedure may experience processing delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Discount Codes & Promotions

From time to time, Styles Zones may offer promotional pricing, discount codes, coupons, or other special offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash;
• discount codes may be subject to expiration dates or eligibility requirements;
• certain products, categories, brands, or orders may be excluded;
• multiple promotions or discount codes may not be combined;
• discounts must be applied before the order is completed; and
• promotions may be restricted or cancelled in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or misuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for taking reasonable measures to protect access to your account, email address, passwords, verification methods, and associated devices.

Styles Zones may allow customers to submit product reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, feedback, or other content.

You remain responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to provide it. You must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

By voluntarily submitting content for publication through our website or review services, you grant Styles Zones permission to display, reproduce, format, and use that content in connection with operating, presenting, and promoting the store and its products, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
